Terms of Service

All bookings are confirmed only after we share a written fare on WhatsApp (or verbal confirmation on call). Fares include driver DA, fuel and inter-state permit charges where applicable. Toll and parking are additional and billed at actuals.

Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a small driver-inconvenience fee, discussed case-by-case.

Waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance (30 min for airport pickups, 3 hours for round trips) is billed at a nominal per-hour rate disclosed at booking.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar-class vehicle in case of a last-minute breakdown, always at the same or lower quoted fare.

For any dispute, please contact us directly on WhatsApp — we resolve most issues within the same day.
